her successful trip. 

March 13, 2010 - Canada moves into semis with 2-1 victory

ALAJUELA, Costa Rica - Canada completed the semifinal field for the
CONCACAF Under-17 Women's Championship, beating Panama 2-1
on Saturday to earn knockout round berths for both itself and Mexico.
Haisha Cantave (pictured on right) and Diamond Simpson scored
first-half goals for Canada, which will play Mexico for the Group A
title on Monday. The United States and host Costa Rica claimed their
berths from Group A on Friday and will face off Sunday for seeding. The semifinals will be played Thursday with the championship and third-place matches on March 20. For more on the story, go to CONCACAF web site.

March 14, 2010 - Ontario U15 Girls Open California Tour 3 v 0 LA Chelsea

CALIFORNIA, USA - The Ontario U15 Girls Team travelled to California on Friday and played the first match of their March Break Tour on Sunday afternoon against LA Chelsea. This was the best day, weather-wise, since arrival on Friday evening. The temperature was about 66F with scarcely any wind. The first half was scoreless with the Ontario Girls producing all of the scoring opportunities.

Settling down in the second half, Asha Mohiddin (from Capital United) found the back of the net twice in rapid succession to open the scoring, first in the 60th minute and again off a corner-kick in the 65th.

January 3, 2010 - U15 Girls take silver at Orange Classic International

FLORIDA, USA - Our U15 Girls Team had a great outing at the Orange Classic International in Florida. A Silver medalist at the tournament, the team performed well and continued to elevate their game throughout the competition.
