Registrations for our Winter Competitive / Elite program are now being accepted. Download our Competitive registration form and mail it with payment to to the club.
New members will be contacted by staff upon receipt to arrange for an assessment. |

U13 Boys East Regional Team last preparation for their exciting trip to France! The team is excited about their exciting trip to the prestigious International Tournament, Mondial Pupilles de Plomelin which hosts 72 teams coming from 4 continents. As in previous years, the boys will start off their journey in the Nantes Region where they will be participating in friendly games and training sessions at the FC Nantes, Centre de Formation The boys are making their last preparations prior to their take-off on Friday, May 15th at 6PM; Their return is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th. This trip will be Capital United's 8th consecutive year taking on this journey which is an integral part of our International Program Initiative for our youth players.

Our U13 Boys (96') Regional Squad are excited about their much anticipated participation in the prestigious 23rd Edition of the International Tournament of Mondial Pupilles de Plomelin in France this coming May!
During their trip, in addition to scheduled friendly games, the boys will also take part in training sessions at the FC Nantes Atlantique Professional Youth Academy this will be Capital United's 8th consecutive year taking on this journey which is an integral part of our International Program Initiative for our youth players.

Winter Development Program 2008/09 at the Louis Riel Dome!
Our Winter Youth Development Program, for the 4-11 years old, will run at the Louis Riel Dome, 1659 Bearbrook, starting on November 1st until March 14th, with one session per week on Saturdays per following times;

Boys, girls, age groups born in 01', 00', 99', 98'
16h00 - 17h00
Boys, girls, age groups born in 04', 03', 02'
Le Programme Français sera livré à tous les samedis (même endroit), de 17h00 à 18h00, pour les groupes d'âge, garçons et filles, entre 4 ans (nés en 04') et 11 ans (nés en 98').

FC Capital United U15 Boys Soccer Team – En-route to Spain!
Final Destination San Sebastian Spain – Donosti Cup 2008
The FC Capital United Boys U15 Soccer Team departure date to Spain is fast approaching!
The long journey to compete in the world renowned soccer tournament “Donosti Cup” in San Sebastian Spain begins on Thursday July 3, 2008. After having a couple of days to acclimatize, the boys’ first round of matches will be taking place on Monday July 7th, 2008.
Following the tournament, the boys will be heading to North of France, Nantes, to the Centre Regional Technique where they will take part in a one week Training camp, delivered by Staff Coaches from FC Nantes.
The length of this journey is measured not only in the actual travel time; but also in the enormous amount of time required for training and preparation that every athlete endured. Under the direction of Team Head Coach Andreas Noe and Assistant Coach Ahmed Berjawi (Hamoudie), a rigorous training and practice schedule has been completed. Good luck Boys!!
