Kingston - May 3, 2013 - CSL Home Opener for Kingston FC will feature four Ex-Capital United Players! Edgar Soglo (Assistant Captain), Jacob O'Connor, Taylor Benjamin and Tony El-Asmar.

Edgar played with our AAA team (84'-85' age group) and was part of two consecutive Championship years in 2001 and 2002 campaign. All three other players played in our 90' age group squad and had several successful Campaigns at the Youth Regional and OYSL levels. Namely Jacob and Tony grew up through our YDP program and played all their youth until U21 and MP squads till 2011.

Wishing the boys great success in their home opener on Sunday, May 5th!

April 2, 2013 - Update to YDP training sessions Note, for the ages 8-11 years old, on April 6 and 13, their scheduled session will be held at 8AM (instead of 12 and 1PM) Click here to see the YDP training schedule.

March 17, 2013 - Tryouts for our Mini Competitive teams, boys and girls U9-U11 have been announced. Sessions will occur at the Louis Riel Dome; these are in addition to the gym sessions. Check out the tryout schedule and the Winter Schedule. Don't forget to register for the tryouts first!

February 12, 2013 - Family Day - Join Us for a free YDP session
OTTAWA, ON - On Monday, February 18 from 2-5pm we'll be partnering with the Ontario Soccer Association's Soccer and Settlement Project to present our annual Family Day soccer sessions. All YDP-aged players are invited to attend this free event at the Louis Riel Dome. In keeping with our Club's philosophy of giving back to the community we ask that participants bring a non-perishable food item as a donation to the Ottawa Food Bank. We all believe that sports provide an excellent opportunity to celebrate Family Day in Ontario and welcome new Canadians to our community. Please join us!

January 17, 2013 - Cap U Player Invited to National U15 Tryout Camp
OTTAWA, ON - Congratulations to Adrienne Li, a longtime Capital United player, on being chosen to join Canada's National U15 soccer camp in December. Adrienne led our '96G team to a 2nd place position in Ontario's top league; she's also a member of Team Ontario. Congrats Adrienne! Read more here and here.
